This Privacy Policy governs your use of Taebo Reboot (the “App”), developed by XPR Labs. By using
the App, you agree to the collection, use, and storage of data as described
herein. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the App.

Taebo Reboot collects limited data to provide and improve your experience
with the App. When creating a user profile, the App collects only a nickname
and PIN for identification purposes. No personal information, such as names or
email addresses, is required. Gameplay data, including workout history,
gameplay statistics (such as moves executed, velocity, and precision), session
duration, and music playlists, are collected to track progress and enhance the
user experience. The App also collects device data, such as the App version, to
ensure updates, support, and feature access, as well as purchase history to
grant access to appropriate features and content. Additionally, users may
voluntarily provide optional data through feedback, surveys, or bug reports to
help improve the App.
2. Data Usage
The data collected by Taebo
Reboot is used to create personalized workout routines and recommendations
tailored to your fitness goals. It also enables the App to provide visual
progress tracking and analytics to help you better understand your performance
and areas for improvement. Data about game progression may trigger in-game
communications, such as rewards, special offers, or achievements. Furthermore,
the collected information ensures proper maintenance, updates, and feature
accessibility. All gameplay data is tied to your anonymous profile, stored
locally on your device, and anonymized before being transmitted to our servers.
3. Data Sharing
Taebo Reboot prioritizes your privacy and ensures that data sharing is
limited to essential purposes. Updates and hosting are securely managed by Linode.com, while payment processing is handled by Pico XR. The App does not
share any data with external analytics platforms, and under no circumstances
will your data be sold to third parties.
4. User Rights
You have the right to access and manage
your data within Taebo Reboot. Most gameplay and
fitness data can be viewed directly through the in-app dashboard. For more
intricate data requests, you may contact support@xprlabs.com. If you wish to
delete your data, you can email support@xprlabs.com with your
request, which will be processed within 30 days. Additionally, the App provides
tools to manage, update, or reset your profile settings at any time.
5. Data Protection
Taebo Reboot employs industry-standard practices to secure your data. All
data transmitted between devices and servers is encrypted using point-to-point
encryption protocols. Access to stored data is restricted based on strict
classification and need-to-know basis policies. Furthermore, all transmitted
data is anonymized, and anonymized data is stored indefinitely to optimize
system performance and for research purposes.
6. Compliance
Taebo Reboot adheres to Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal
Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which governs how
personal information is handled in commercial activities. Additionally, the App
complies with the privacy requirements set forth by Pico XR for apps on their
platform.
7. Age Restrictions
and Parental Safeguards
The App is intended for users aged 13 years
and older. For users under 18, parental consent and safeguards are implemented
in compliance with Pico XR policies to ensure a safe and secure experience for
younger audiences.

This Privacy Policy may be updated
periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Users
will be notified of significant updates through in-app notifications. Continued
use of the App following these updates constitutes acceptance of the revised
